This isn’t just a senior session—it’s a full experience ✨ The HBP Senior Rep Team is designed for seniors who want more than just one day of photos. From a personalized senior session to styled shoots throughout the year, you’ll have multiple opportunities to capture your senior year while being part of a small, fun, and supportive group.

I’m so excited to offer this experience because it’s something I’ve wanted to create for a long time. Senior year is such a special season, and I wanted to design something that goes beyond a quick session—something fun, creative, and meaningful. This program allows me to work more closely with a small group of seniors, build real connections, and capture your year in a way that feels authentic, relaxed, and memorable. I truly can’t wait to see what we create together ✨

Here's What Makes this Different..

Your Signature Session

A 1.5–2 hour session designed entirely around you—your style, your vibe, and your location of choice. With more time, up to 3 outfit options, and a fully personalized approach, this is where we create your core senior images in a way that feels natural, relaxed, and completely unique to you. I will work one on one with you to come up with the perfect setting and vibe to bring your dream photoshoot to life!

Seasonal Styled Sessions

Throughout the year, you’ll be invited to join styled sessions that are designed to be fun, creative, and a little different and that are exclusively for my HBP Rep Team. From summer to fall to cap & gown, each shoot brings a new look and vibe—giving you multiple chances to be in front of the camera while capturing your senior year in a unique way. I have SO many ideas for these and cannot wait to bring them to life with you all!

The Team Experience

This experience is about more than photos—it’s about being part of a small, supportive group that feels a little like a sisterhood. From styled shoots to shared moments throughout the year, you’ll create memories together while capturing your senior year in a fun and meaningful way.

Senior Rep Team Investment: $550

Investment & Details

A clear breakdown of the HBP Senior Rep Experience and how it works.

Initial Investment: $550

  • $275 non-refundable retainer due upon acceptance
  • Remaining balance due prior to first session. (Balance must be paid to participate in styled shoots) 

What’s Included

  • 1.5–2 hour customized senior session
  • Location of your choice (within a 30 mile radius from Batavia, OH)
  • Up to 3 outfit changes
  • 80+ Edited Images with print release
  • Access to exclusive styled sessions throughout the year (additional charge - see below)

A session like this on its own is typically valued at approximately $600–$650.

We will work together to select a date that fits both of our schedules. Sessions are scheduled on weekdays/weekday evenings only.

Styled Sessions (Exclusive to the Rep Team)

Styled sessions are a key part of the experience and are designed exclusively for HBP Senior Reps.

  • At least 4 group styled sessions offered throughout the year (summer, fall, spring, and cap & gown) with 25+ images promised per session.
  • $100 per session
  • Group and individual images included

Each styled session is valued at approximately $300–$400

In the event that a rep is unable to attend, limited spots may be opened to non-rep seniors. Priority is always given to the rep team and will ONLY be opened to a non-rep member at a higher price in the event that a team rep is unable to attend.

Participation & Scheduling

  • Styled sessions are optional, but participation in at least 2 sessions is expected.
  • Sessions are typically held on weekday evenings
  • Dates are announced in advance

Due to the planning and group nature of these sessions:

  • Missed sessions cannot be rescheduled or made up
  • Payments and retainers are non-refundable
  • If a session is missed, that opportunity is forfeited

The Value

  • Customized senior session: $600–$650 value
  • Styled sessions: $300–$400 value each

Total potential value: $1,800+

This experience is designed to be fun, creative, and meaningful—giving you multiple opportunities to capture your senior year in a way that goes beyond a traditional session.

As a senior rep, you’re not just participating in the experience—you’re also helping represent Heather Beckman Photography throughout the year. This includes sharing your photos, tagging my business, and simply being excited about the experience. It’s meant to feel natural and fun, not forced—just a way to share your senior year while helping others discover my work.

  • Talk about your experience when friends ask about your photos
  • Be positive, respectful, and supportive of the team
